What is MiYoSMART?
MiYoSMART is an innovative spectacle lens from Hoya that simultaneously corrects vision and slows the progression of myopia in children. It is a safe, non-invasive and clinically proven method – the child wears ordinary glasses and the lens does the rest. At our shop in Szczecin we fit children's glasses with MiYoSMART lenses.

D.I.M.S. (Defocus Incorporated Multiple Segments) is Hoya's patented technology that combines two optical zones in a single lens:
- Correction zone – provides sharp vision correction in accordance with the prescription
- Therapeutic zone – 396 segments with +3.50 D defocus slow eyeball growth
- No compromises – visual acuity identical to standard single vision lenses
- Full UV protection – category 2 UV filters built into the lens
